Artisan Parmigiano-Reggiano made exclusively with the milk of the Parma2064 cows and aged for 24, 30, and 36 months. It is composed of milk, natural calf rennet, and salt. The cheese contains no additives, preservatives, or genetically modified organisms (GMO).
